1th aerostatic Memorial Trophy Francesco Saverio Adorna “Air show”
10th/13st and 14th/20th September 2009
Capannori Municipality (Lucca-Tuscany) and Aeroclub Carlo del Prete of Lucca are glad to invite you to partecipate to '1th Aerostatic Trophy Francesco Saverio Adorna'. It will take place from 10th to 13th September 2009 at Tassignano Airport - Capannori (Lucca-Tuscany-Italy).
In short the general program is:
Thursday, 10th September:
From 2.00 pm: arrival and pilots registration;
6.oo pm: Presentation of '1th Aerostatic Trophy Francesco Saverio Adorna';
Friday, 11th September:
7.00 am: briefing and take off;
9.30 pm: Balloon Glow;
Saturday, 12th September:
7.00 am: briefing and take off;
5.30 pm: briefing and take off;
Sunday, 13th September:
7.00 am: briefing and take off;
5.30 pm: briefing and take off;
PARTICIPATION TO '1ST MEMORIAL TROPHY FRANCESCO SAVERIO ADORNA' - 10th - 13th September 2009.
Capannori Municipality will offer to every crew (4 persons per crew):
- overnight stay (c/o hotel or c/o agritourism) from 10th September (check-in) to 14th September (check-out): 4 nights.
- breakfast c/o hotel or c/o agritourism from 11th September to 14th September.
- dinner c/o Al Palazzo Comunale di Capannori restaurant or typical restaurant from 10th September to 13th September.
- lunch c/o Al Palazzo Comunale di Capannori restaurant from 11th September to 13th September.
OPTIONAL PARTICIPATION TO '3RD AIR SHOW' WEEK END (out of the Trophy) - 19th - 20th September 2009.
Capannori Municipality will offer to every crew (4 persons per crew) PARTECIPATED TO '1ST MEMORIAL TROPHY FRANCESCO SAVERIO ADORNA':
- overnight stay (c/o hotel or c/o agritourism) from 18th September (check-in) to 21th September (check-out): 3 nights.
- breakfast c/o hotel or c/o agritourism from 19th September to 21th September.
- lunch c/o Al Palazzo Comunale di Capannori restaurant from 19th September to 20th September.
- dinner c/o Al Palazzo Comunale di Capannori restaurant or typical restaurant from 19th September to 20th September.
YOU CAN ASK FOR SPECIAL ACCOMODATION OFFERS TO STAY IN CAPANNORI FROM 14th September to 17th September.
In short the general Hot Air Ballons Fligths program is:
Saturday, 29th September:
7.00 am: briefing and take off;
5.30 pm: briefing and take off;
Sunday, 20th September:
7.00 am: briefing and take off;
6.00 pm: briefing and take off at the end of to '3rd CAPANNORI AIR SHOW'.
In addition to the fligths, Capannori Municipality will give to the crews and to every person in addition the chance to discover the beauties of Capannori landscape: by partecipating to guided tours finding out the locals attractions (for example the famous historical villas); by accomodating close to the fligth area and by tastinglocal products.
